Privacy Policy
Eva Lists helps you keep shopping runs, work todos, and personal checklists in one lightweight place. This page explains what the app may access on your device, what stays local by default, and how we handle the small amount of data tied to this website.

- Minimal footprint by design Eva Lists collects only what the app needs to run. We do not build profiles from your everyday tasks.
Scope of This Policy
This notice covers the Eva Lists app on the Apple App Store and the public reference content served from this domain. It is meant for people who use the app or visit this page.
What We Collect
Eva Lists does not ask for your legal name, email, phone number, home address, government ID, or payment details to use its core list features.
List names, item text, sort order, and check-off history you enter are stored for your own use on the device. That content is not harvested for ad targeting or resold to third parties.
When the app loads shared copy — onboarding tips, placeholder labels, or starter templates — it may request public JSON from this site. Those responses contain generic text, not the contents of your private lists.
Device Permissions
Eva Lists may request notification access if you enable reminders for a list or due item. Photo or file access applies only when you explicitly attach something to a note. Camera, microphone, contacts, and location remain unused unless a future version clearly needs them and this policy is updated.
Standard iOS storage and network access keep the app responsive and allow optional template updates. Crash reports you share with Apple follow Apple's own privacy rules.
Service Providers
Hosting partners run this policy page and our public API. They maintain server logs required for security and uptime, under their respective privacy policies.
If we introduce analytics or support tools later, we will name those vendors here and limit data to what each service actually needs.
Young Users
Eva Lists is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a child submitted data in error, reach out via App Store support and we will help remove it where feasible.
How Long Data Lives
Lists and items inside Eva Lists remain under your control on your device. Remove individual entries in the app or delete Eva Lists to clear local storage.
We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted pages and APIs. No system is flawless — treat sensitive list content with the same care you would a private notebook.
Your Controls
You can stop using Eva Lists at any time. Disable notifications or network access in iOS Settings for an offline workflow where the app supports it.
To request access, correction, or deletion of data we handle directly, use the support channel listed on the App Store product page.
Revisions
We may update this policy as Eva Lists evolves or legal requirements change. The date above marks meaningful revisions. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where applicable law allows.
